In this 4-week, 60-minute class, you will learn soothing infant massage techniques that promote relaxation, improve sleep and digestion, and support healthy development. Led by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and certified Infant Massage Instructor, this hands-on course helps parents and caregivers build confidence while fostering a loving connection with their baby. Suitable for babies aged 3 weeks to 12 months.

Expecting Parents Group Class $99

Prepare for your baby’s arrival with our Expecting Parent Class. This expert-led, 2-hour session combines Infant Massage and Tummy Time & Play essentials. Learn gentle massage techniques to soothe and bond with your newborn, as well as tummy time strategies to support healthy development. This hands-on class offers practical knowledge and skills to help you confidently nurture your baby from day one.

Tummy Time & Play Group Class $196

Support your baby’s development with our engaging Tummy Time & Play Class! Led by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and certified Tummy Time! Method Instructor, this 4-week, 60-minute class strengthens muscles, improves coordination, and promotes sensory exploration through guided activities and play. You’ll learn tips and tricks to make tummy time enjoyable while strengthening your bond with your baby.

**This class is designed for infants aged 3 weeks to pre-crawling. Class size is limited to 5 participants and babies.**
